ROME · Scalara Labs will introduce its new turnkey iGaming casino platform at the SiGMA World Rome event in November 2026. The AI-native platform is designed to help operators launch brands faster while meeting compliance and data responsibility requirements. It combines casino management, payments, support and fraud tools into one integrated environment. The company is nearing the acquisition of an Anjouan gaming licence and GLI certification, setting it apart from unlicensed white-label providers.

Hassan Naveed, founder and CEO at Scalara Labs, said operators face pressure to move quickly and demonstrate compliance with disconnected tools. "Operators are being asked to launch faster, prove their compliance and understand their players better, often using tools that were never designed to work together," Naveed said. "We built Scalara as a single platform that does all three, so operators can spend less time on infrastructure and more time growing their brand responsibly." The platform includes a feature called Harm-First Orchestration, a proprietary hierarchy that uses AI to deliver unified player intelligence.

This system provides operators with a consolidated view of player lifetime value, churn risk, fraud detection, and bonus and VIP management. It aims to increase operator efficiency by centralising these functions. For affiliate partners, the platform processes player data into actionable insights focused on player value. The chief commercial officer at Scalara Labs said the solution addresses core needs for speed and cost control. "Operators and affiliate partners need fast setup, lower support costs and player data they can act on," the officer said. "Our platform combines a customisable turnkey solution, 24-hour multilingual AI support and insights built around player value, so they can make better business decisions."

The platform's rapid integration process allows for quick customisation and setup, avoiding lengthy development cycles. It includes AI support agents that offer 24-hour multilingual assistance to help control support costs. The launch responds to industry trends showing operators are heavily investing in AI for compliance and monitoring. Recent iGaming trends reports from SOFTSWISS and Slotegrator note regulators are demanding faster reporting and more detailed player activity oversight. Scalara Labs is initially targeting operators and affiliates in Asia, Central Europe and Latin America. These regions align with key themes at the upcoming SiGMA World Rome conference, which will cover regulation, affiliate strategy and frontier technology. The event at Fiera Roma from November 2 to 5 is expected to host more than 30,000 delegates. Scalara Labs will be located at stand H3-3043 to provide further information about its new platform.
