The new twice-weekly service will begin in June 2027, offering a direct option for travellers between Alberta and New Brunswick.
Flair Airlines will launch nonstop service between Edmonton International Airport and Saint John Airport on June 15, 2027, with flights operating twice weekly.
The airline said the route will be the first nonstop commercial air service between the two cities.
"Canada has so much to discover, and we want more Canadians to have the opportunity to experience it," said Len Corrado, CEO of Flair Airlines.

"We're proud to be the first airline to connect Edmonton and Saint John nonstop, bringing two great Canadian cities closer together. Whether it's visiting family, exploring somewhere new or making an important business connection, we're giving Canadians more opportunities to spend time in the places and with the people who matter most."
Saint John is one of Edmonton’s largest Atlantic Canadian air travel markets, with most passengers currently connecting through Toronto, according to the airline.
The new service will offer a direct option for travellers visiting family, taking a vacation or travelling for business.
For Edmonton travellers, Saint John offers access to the Bay of Fundy, coastal communities and southern New Brunswick.
Travellers from Saint John can explore Edmonton’s festivals and river valley or travel onward to the Canadian Rockies.
"This is an exciting milestone for Saint John and our region," said Court Edeburn, president and CEO of Saint John Airport.
"Direct access to Edmonton opens new opportunities for tourism, business and families travelling between Atlantic and Western Canada. We're delighted to welcome Flair and look forward to seeing the benefits this new connection brings to our communities."
Wayne Long, secretary of state (Canada Revenue Agency and Financial Institutions) and member of Parliament for Saint John, Kennebecasis, added that improved air access will help grow the visitor economy, strengthen business ties across Canada, and create new opportunities for local employers and entrepreneurs.
Flights go on sale Oct. 15, 2026, at flyflair.com, with introductory one-way fares starting at $199 CAD in both directions for a limited time.
